A person is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, Hermosillo time. You can message us on WhatsApp or book a slot at any hour, and we reply within those hours. Open slots on the calendar do not mean there is technical support outside business hours.
Yes. If your company has IT staff or an IT provider, we coordinate with them. We are not trying to replace them: we bring the security side and we agree up front on who does what.
That is the most common case. The work usually consists of reviewing how what you already pay for is configured, adjusting what needs adjusting and pointing out what is left uncovered. Many companies already have good tools without getting the benefit of them.
Yes. Scope, coverage and timelines are defined in each project's proposal, based on the size of the company, what it already has and what it needs. There is no single package for everyone.
